ISLAMABAD : Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has said situation in Afghanistan has impacted Pakistan.

He remarked Pakistan was envisioned as a modern Muslim state by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama Muhammad Iqbal.
The Minister said the Ministries of Education and Science and Technology have a key role in building the nation and the future of Pakistan. He said universities should focus on quality of education and linking education with economy.

Pakistan can be saved only if we establish a modern Islamic state on the basis of ideas of Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal.

Referring to the situation in Afghanistan, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said Pakistan wants an inclusive government in Afghanistan that has representation of all the parties, groups and people.
We brought Taliban to negotiation table and scholarship facility is being provided to Afghan children, he pointed out. 9000 Afghan children are studying in Pakistan still.
