The real facts of the Chaudhry Adnan murder case have come to light. Instead of taking action against the real criminals, CPO Rawalpindi Khalid Hamdani named the famous political family and senior leader of Muslim League (N) Chaudhry Tanveer in the case out of personal grudge and without investigation.
FIR was also filed while the main accused was arrested but his arrest was not revealed.
According to the sources, CPO Rawalpindi Khalid Hamdani implicated Senator Chaudhry Tanveer, newly elected MNA Chaudhry Daniyal and the entire family in the Chaudhry Adnan murder case for personal revenge and the main accused Anjum was arrested.
It was stated that he was asked to be killed by Chaudhry Tanveer while on the other hand the person Anjum has a criminal history and has more than twenty FIRs registered against him.
Chaudhry Adnan and a person named Anjam had a personal grudge against each other due to which he killed Chaudhry Adnan but the CPO involved Chaudhry Tanveer and his family in this case just for revenge. By pressuring Aizaz Raja, the FIR was also filed.
On the other hand, the arrest of the person named Anjum was not disclosed, on which one of his close relatives filed a petition in the Rawalpindi Bench of the Lahore High Court that Anjum has been locked up in the police station for three weeks and there is a fear that he will be killed in a police encounter.
Statements are also being given so that Anjum’s recovery should be ensured, on which the court has ordered the police to produce Anjum by Friday morning.
On the other hand, police and investigative sources said that the two shooters who killed Chaudhry Adnan have been caught from Karachi and they did not name Chaudhry Tanveer or his family because nothing was known about it, while Anjum also only named Chaudhry Tanveer.
Had taken the name not of the entire family but CPO Khalid Hamdani wants to implicate Chaudhry Tanveer’s entire family due to personal grudge.
When Aizaz Raja, SHO of Civil Line Police Station, did not investigate and report as he wanted, he was suspended and issued a show cause notice and appointed his PS Sikandar as SHO.
According to the sources, in order to arrest Chaudhry Tanveer and his family members, raids were conducted illegally in Rawalpindi, Islamabad without permission and arrest warrant.
The police of Islamabad cannot raid anyone’s house without the police of Islamabad. Likewise, in Pindi, CPO is angry and raided at various places and attempts are being made to hide the real facts.
The government of Punjab and the administration of Rawalpindi have also been demanded for a transparent investigation of the whole matter and the unusual interest of CPO Rawalpindi Khalid Hamdani in this whole case and targeting the family of Chaudhry Tanveer is also raising many questions.
