SWABI: Secretary Pakistan Tobacco Board (PTB), Dr Hafiz Abdul Samad Tahir, assured tobacco farmers that their rights will be fully safeguarded, and strict action will be taken against tobacco quota holders who fail to purchase the full quota. During a visit to various purchase centers in Swabi, Dr. Tahir and PTB officers Muhammad Idrees and Dr. Syed Muhammad Waqas Gilani Director Marketing listened to farmers’ concerns and emphasized that tobacco companies must fulfill their purchasing obligations.
