ABBOTABAD: Additional Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Khan has underlined the need for ensuring transparency in driving license acquiring process. He said that naive drivers could put passengers’ lives at stake, therefore no compromise would be made to issue licenses to unqualified people. He urged driving instructors to create awareness among aspiring drivers about sign boards on high ways and local roads to avoid any mishap. He said the drivers should be equipped with skills that avert accident in emergency situation like rains or snowfall etc. APP
