ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to interior ministry, DG FIA and DG immigration, passport on PTI leader Umair Khan Niazi petition seeking removal of his name from Exit Control List (ECL) besides seeking reply from the respondents. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani of IHC took up the petition for hearing Tuesday. Ali Bokhari counsel for Umair Niazi appeared in the court. He took the plea in the court Umair Niazi wanted to go abroad but his name has been placed in ECL. The court remarked after hearing the arguments we are issuing notices to the respondents. The court issued notice to interior ministry, DG FIA and DG Immigration, Passport and sought reply from them till June 26. The court adjourned the hearing of the case. Online
