Swat: Villagers killed wild Cheetah after it entered into Fazal Banda village of Matta in search of food after heavy snowfall in hilly areas. According to locals, the Cheetah attacked and injured three people of the village before locals opened firing at Cheetah and killed it. The second Cheetah managed to run away towards Nahag Dara jungle area of upper Dir. Locals also took pictures with killed Cheetah and posted on social media. Deputy Superintendent Police Mattah, Shoukat Ali also confirmed the incident. Experts say that due to loss of hibitate and shortage of food wild animals make its way into residential area in serach of food. Incidents of killing of leopards also took place in Abbottabad , Manshehra , Darra Adam Khel and other hilly areas of the province in recent past. our correspondent
