WASA ordered to resolve public complaints in 24 hours

FAISALABAD: Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA) Managing Director (MD) Engineer Aamer Aziz has directed officers to resolve public complaints within 24 hours and warned that no negligence would be tolerated in this regard. In a statement on Monday, he directed the Director Operations & Maintenance East and West and Director Water Distribution to monitor the complaint redress mechanism and ensure redress of all complaints received through Chief Minister’s Complaint Cell, Pakistan Citizen Portal, Special Monitoring Unit and other portals.
