ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has returned former justice of Islamabad High Court (IHC) Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui petition with objections. It has been said in the objections raised by the court that the petitioner has not used proper forum. The certificate attached with the petition is not according to rules and regulations. Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui through his petition had prayed the SC to nullify Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) decision and restore him on his office.
