PESHAWAR
In various incidents reported from the districts of Charsadda, Swabi and Bajaur, four people have lost their lives, while three others including two women and a child were injured.
According to police on Wednesday, in Jalbai Lar area of Swabi, a 50-year-old man identified as Niaz Muhammad was killed on the spot after being shot for unknown reasons.
In another incident in Bajaur, three people died when a room collapsed. The incident occurred in Barha Banda village, Loi Mamond tehsil, where the room of a house owned by a man named Zakir collapsed, resulting in the death of two children and a woman. The deceased were identified as Soka Bibi, Barera Bibi, and Mazkera Bibi, while another woman, Majeeda Bibi, sustained injuries.
Meanwhile, in Sardheri Palosa village of Charsadda, a pressure cooker exploded inside a house, injuring a 25-year-old woman and a 3-year-old child named Mustafa.
Rescue officials stated that after receiving the information, an ambulance and medical staff were immediately dispatched to the site. The injured were given first aid and shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital Charsadda for further treatment.
