JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said we want friendship with all the world but we reject the relationship of master and slave.
“We ousted British master from subcontinent and now will not allow any other master to be imposed on Pakistan, he said this while addressing a ceremony before Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif who inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of different projects.
He held Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif takes interest in the development of this backward areas and he takes practical steps too. We hold it in high esteem.
Former PM Nawaz Sharif had visited this area in 2017-18 who had announced several projects. But later such government came which jammed wheel of all projects.
During the previous government not a single mega project was inaugurated, he said adding on the other hand PM visited D.I.Khan several time during one year and announced mega projects. Work has started on those projects.
He held we have done politics with our heads uplifted. We confronted with full determination the elements who jammed wheel of national development and ousted them from power. We will oust such elements again if they stand imposed in future. We will not allow them to rule the people.
As long as you have power to commit tyranny we have power to fight against tyranny, he underlined.
National economy has been damaged and perhaps we will go on getting bogged more in this quagmire. But we will have to think about its substitute.
It is responsibility of nation to block the way of incompetent. Vote and election is right of the nation. But people should also think those who have jammed the wheel of national development has no right to become representative of nation, he added.
