ISLAMABAD
The hearing of the case against PTI former chairman Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi nikkah during iddat has been adjourned on the request of counsel for the petitioner. The case came up for hearing in district and sessions court Islamabad led by senior civil judge Qudrat Ullah Friday.
Raja Rizwan Abbasi counsel for petitioner appeared in the court and prayed for granting more time to him as he has to present documentary evidence . The court remarked the arguments have to be given on the maintainability of the petition.
The counsel for petitioner further said that time be given till Monday. He will submit the documents and give arguments on Monday too.
The court while accepting the plea of counsel for the petitioner adjourned the hearing of the case till Monday.
