Muhammad Faiq Shah, founder and chairman of the Amun Taraqqi Party strongly condemned Iran’s unprovoked violation of Pakistan’s airspace, terming it an irresponsible and reprehensible act which would sabotage the possibilities of much-needed unity among the Muslim Ummah at this hour of need.
In a statement issued here on Friday, Shah said there will be no compromise on Pakistan’s national security and territorial integrity and vowed to stand by the government of Pakistan, state and its nation against Iran’s aggressive act.
He added the attack on Pakistan’s integrity and aggression ‘intolerable’.
The Islamic Republic of Iran should act responsibly and avoid treating cruelty with people from pushing the region into a new war, Shah asserted.
He was of the view that wars bring extreme negative impacts on human lives. Poverty, unrest and deprivations would further increase, he added. Shah asked Iran shouldn’t put pressure on other Islamic states globally.
The ATP leader said Pakistan has always adopted a restraint policy, and demonstrated patience and endurance and talked about peace and stability, and it should never be meant to attack its integrity.
He went on to say that national security policy is equal for all and ATP will give due respect and consider it “Primogenial”.
“We support all acts of Pakistan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Office, and state” that had been taken after the unprovoked airspace violence by Iran in which martyred two children”,
The party leader expressed heartfelt sympathy and condolences with martyred children and their bereaved families.
He said people have been enraged by the irresponsible act of Iran so it should tender an apology at international level and compensate for this major mistake.
Shah called upon Turkiye, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other countries to come forward and to jointly remove the growing apprehensions of unrest and tension and prevent this region from new war.
He made it clear that we are fond of peace and struggling for improvement in the political system and bringing economic stability and will never support any policy against the state.
