Merged Districts to soon have middle, Sabawoon schools’ program: MD

PESHAWAR: Managing Director Merged Areas Education Foundation, Mian Ainullah on Tuesday here chaired a meeting of Literacy Supervisors. At the meeting, managing Director Mian Ainullah announced that the foundation will soon launch middle school and Sabawoon school programs in the merged districts. He directed the Literacy Supervisors to submit all data within 10 and 15 days, respectively, so that work on the program can begin as soon as possible. This will enable the people of tribal districts to access educational facilities in their nearby areas. Mian Ainullah further directed that the entire system of foundation including teachers, students, and schools, be digitized within 20 days through Google Forms. He also instructed the Literacy Supervisors to submit monthly reports on the monitoring of teaching and learning processes, teacher and student attendance, book availability, and other facilities in schools. This will enable further action to be taken on these reports. Ainullah emphasized that providing education to all, including in tribal districts, is the top priority of the government. To achieve this goal strong relationships will be established with village committees, local elders, relevant district education offices, and district administrations. Special attention will be paid to the enrollment campaign to ensure that no child is deprived of the great blessing of education. APP

Mian Ainullah also directed that a special campaign to be launched to control dropout ratio and attract children to schools. He assured that all issues of Literacy Supervisors will be resolved on a priority basis. However, their full attention should be focused on improving the education system and bringing further improvement in teaching and learning processes.
