Capital City Police Officer Dr Mian Saeed Ahmad visited Daudzai police station on Thursday and reviewed newly built facilities, while also calling on the family of a police constable martyred in the jurisdiction of Khazana police station.
Dr Ahmad inspected the newly constructed police constabulary mess, the renovated office of the Station House Officer, and the record room at Daudzai police station.
He was accompanied by SP Rural Division Sabir Gul Khan, DSP Khazana Circle Ehsanullah Marwat, SHO Daudzai Fahim Shah and other senior police officers.
During the visit, the CCPO examined overall security arrangements, official correspondence, government records, lock-up facilities, residential accommodations for personnel and other administrative matters. He directed the station staff to ensure proper maintenance of records and to further improve welfare facilities for the force.
Later, Dr Ahmad visited the residence of police constable Mehran Khan in Mewra, who was martyred in the limits of Khazana police station.
He expressed condolences to the bereaved family, offered fateha and prayed for the elevation of the martyr’s ranks and for patience for the family.
The CCPO reiterated that the sacrifices of police personnel would not be forgotten and that the department stood with the families of its martyrs.
