Syeda Tooba Fakhar, a student of BS Public Health, Khyber Medical University (KMU), has brought great pride and distinction to the university through her outstanding achievements in Taekwondo and gymnastics at national and provincial levels.
Syeda Tooba Fakhar has demonstrated exceptional talent, dedication, discipline, and commitment to sports by securing Gold Medals in the All Pakistan Azaadi Taekwondo Championship, Ramzan Cup Taekwondo Championship, 5th Peshawar Open Taekwondo Championship, 6th Peshawar Open Taekwondo Championship, World Refugee Day Female Taekwondo Championship, and Hayatabad Gymnastics Inter-Club Championship. She also earned a Bronze Medal in the Under-21 Games, further adding to her impressive record of sporting achievements.
Her remarkable performance in various competitions has not only brought honor to herself but has also enhanced the reputation of Khyber Medical University at national and regional levels. Her achievements reflect the university’s commitment to encouraging students to excel not only in academics but also in sports and other extracurricular activities.
