Acting Governor says equipped with technology youth are future of Pakistan

Acting Governor Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani asked students to think critically, intellectually responsive and equiped themselves with modern technology skills for national development.
Speaking at the eleventh convocation of University of Hazara here on Saturday the acting governor said graduates of the university should contribute to nation building and work hard in thier respective fields for achieving thier goals.
Chancellor Hazara University Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani said that in order to make Pakistan on par with the developed world, we need higher scientific education and technology.
He said that Allah Almighty has blessed Pakistan with all kinds of natural resources and blessings and now there is a need for young people with higher education degree like you to become self-sufficient in the industrial field by mastering modern technology.
The most important thing in human life after attaining higher education is discipline and I urge you to discipline yourself, he added.
Mushtaq Ghani told the graduates that your parents have worked hard to make you a successful person and you have endured a lot of hardships and now it is your duty to give a beautiful interpretation to your parents’ dreams in the form of your success.
Addressing the convocation ceremony, Wahaj Siraj, CEO of Internet company NayaTel said that today Allah Almighty has given you internet and laptop for Hazara University’s higher education degree as well as for development in the world and now you No one can stop the development.
Siraj told the graduates not to complain to anyone but to move forward in the world of technology and create your own world where not only you have the financial resources but also many others like you.
He said that temporary difficulties come in the life of every human being which we should compete with our education and technical skills and love our work.
Degrees were awarded to 928 graduates including 22 PhDs while 260 gold medals were also awarded to outstanding students and scholars.
The convocation was attended by a large number of academic, social and academic personalities and dignitaries of the region, including senior officials and ministers.
University of Hazara Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Jameel Ahmad also spoke on the occasion.
