According to officials from the Wildlife Department, the animal became enraged after zoo staff allegedly provoked and teased it. The situation quickly escalated, leading to the bear attacking nearby personnel. Zoo official said the staff members narrowly escaped serious injuries, though panic spread across the zoo premises during the incident. Trainers intervened to bring the situation under control.
