Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Wednesday highly criticized the Federal govt for purchasing wheat from cultivators at low rates.
In a statement, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that giving only 1800 RS to wheat cultivators as buying price while importing same wheat at 2750 RS is shameful. I wouldn’t allow this injustice to happen with cultivators of Sindh. Sindh govt increased buying rates by 42 percent, while the Federal govt only increased it by 28 percent, said Bilawal.
Criticizing the center based PTI govt, Bilawal said that Imran Khan is responsible for all the ongoing injustice with local farmers and cultivators. After increasing electricity, medication, fuel and agricultural machinery rates by 150 percent, giving only 1800 as buying rate to the cultivators is clear oppression. Imran should ask his capitalist friends, that how artificial crises were created by smuggling wheat to Afghanistan. It is shameful that a wheat producing nation imports it as well. The rulers don’t know basics of agriculture and agricultural policies, said Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
