ISLAMABAD: PTI leader Barrister Gohar has said Bushra Bibi was awarded sentence to pressurize PTI founder. “Accountability Court has not given such decision in the past. Injustice has been done. Sentences are being awarded to please one leader. Bushra Bibi was sentenced to pressurize PTI founder. We will file appeal in high court., he said this in his reaction to sentence announced by Accountability court to PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana case.
Cross examination was not allowed despite the presence of his counsel. In 32 statement it was said we want to present witnesses. We will file petition in high court against the conviction. He said Bushra Bibi has nothing to do with the Toshakhana case. Our right to defence was abolished. We hope we will get justice from superior judiciary. Directing PTI people to remain peaceful he said this conviction will end and we will take part in election forcefully. Online
