PESHAWAR: The cantonment board administration started crackdown against use of polythene bags and sealed one shop and held seven traders for violating government orders. On the directives of executive officers cantonment board Peshawar, crackdown against polythene was conducted on Mall Road, Garrison Food Court, Sasta bazaar and adjoining markets and plazas against polythene bags and seized 75 kilogram polythene bags besides arresting seven persons and sealed one shops for violation of government orders. The shopkeepers were directed to use biodegradable plastic bags as it was environmental friendly and can easily solvable. Our Correspondent
