Chairman PTI has filed petition seeking transfer of his 6 cases to some other judge.
The today’s list was cancelled due to non presence of Chief Justice (CJ) Islamabad High Court (IHC).
The petitions for transfer of six cases of chairman PTI were fixed for hearing with objections.
It has been requested in the petition the cases be transferred from additional sessions judge Tahir Abbas Sipra to some other court.
The petition said the judge has shown his mind already by deciding the bail plea of co-accused.
