ISLAMABAD
A constitutional petition has been filed in Supreme Court (SC) Lahore registry challenging the step on non inclusion of nominated accused in the case pertaining to attack on Imran Khan.
The petition has been filed by PTI leaders Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Usman Buzdar, Fawad Chaudhry and others.
It has been prayed in the petition that action be taken on the incident related to Azam Swati besides redressing the grievances of family members of slain senior journalist Arshid Sharif.
Usman Buzdar has filed the petition with deputy registrar SC Ijaz Goraya.
Deputy registrar received the petition and provided diary number of the petition.
It has been pleaded in the petition that PTI leaders have filed petition seeking formation of judicial commission.SC should take suo motu notice in these matters and take action.
