Motorway chowk blocking case

Additional District and Sessions Judge Rawalpindi Faisal Rashid has extended interim bail of Ali Amin Gandapur CM KP till June 11 in the case registered against him for blocking motorway chowk in connection with reception of former Chairman PTI, interference in government affairs and others clauses. The court adjourned the hearing of the case on the exemption plea of the accused. During the hearing of the case Muhammad Afzal advocate counsel for Gandapur took the stance in written plea that his client cannot appear in the court due to his engagements with reference to budget.
