rejects exemption plea
RAWALPINDI
The court while rejecting the exemption plea of Aleema Khan sister of Imran Khan in November 26 protest case related to police station Sadiq Abad has issued her arrest warrants again. Judge Syed Amjid Ali Shah of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi took up the case for hearing Monday.
The defence counsel filed exemption plea of Aleema Khan for two days during the hearing of the case.
The petition said Aleema Khan is engaged in connection with health problem of Imran Khan ,therefore, she be given exemption.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till tomorrow.
