Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Gujranwala has again summoned PTI leaders Zartaj Gul and Omar Ayoub in May 9, vandalism, siege and arson case.
ATC took up for hearing bail before arrest plea of Omar Ayub and Zartaj Gul in May 9 case Friday.
PTI leader Zartaj Gul appeared in the court while Omar Ayub did not appear.
The first bail plea was withdrawn by Zartaj Gul and a new bail plea was filed by her.
Counsel for Omar Ayub said that his client cannot appear in the court being sick.
Upon it court accepted exemption from attendance plea of Omar Ayub.
Later the court while adjourning the hearing of the case till May 10 summoned both PTI leaders again.
