ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has wrapped up the case pertaining to provision of details of the cases against Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur and his two brothers.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has issued written decision on the three petitions.
It has been said in the decision FIA, NAB and Islamabad Police have filed reports with reference to cases against these three petitioners.
According to FIA one inquiry is registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in FIA D.I, Khan.
According to NAB 3 inquiries are pending against Ali Amin Gandapur in NAB KP.
The decision said that NAB inquiries against Ali Amin Gandapur are accumulation of assets beyond known sources of income, misuse of powers and embezzlement in government funds.
Special prosecutor Rafay Maqsood filed report on behalf of NAB.
It was further said in the written order that according to Islamabad police 18 cases are registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in different police stations in Islamabad.
One case is registered against Faisal Amin Gandapur in police station Tarnol of Islamabad. No case is registered against him in NAB and FIA.
One case each is registered in police station Bhara Kahu and Tarnol in Islamabad.
As per written decision no case is registered against Umar Amin Gandapur in FIA and NAB . These three petitions are wrapped up due to provision of details of cases.
