190 million pounds case
ISLAMABAD
Chairman NAB has resorted to Supreme Court (SC) for cancellation of bail of PTI founder Imran Khan in 190 million pounds case.
Chairman NAB filed appeal in SC against Islamabad high court decision regarding bail on Friday.
The appeal plea said the decision OF Islamabad High Court runs contrary to law. The court ignored facts while granting bail to the accused. The court should accept appeal against Islamabad High Court May 14 decision.
The decision regarding bail in respect of Imran Khan be nullified.
