Today, on 31.05.2024 there was an information that persons Daud and others are involved in supplying spurious/fake drugs to different districts of KP and Afghanistan in huge quantity. In this regard DD ACC constituted a team under the supervision of inspector imran Wazir, ASIs Hussain, Shahbaz HCs Shoaib, Nisar along with drug inspectors Zeshan, Zia Ur Rehman & Imran ul Haq , Madiha, Sajid and local police conducted successful raid on Gul bahar Peshawar against spurious Drugs.
1. Daud, Sulaiman and Muhammad Ali were apprehended at Anam Sanam Chowk Gulbahar Peshawar along with cotton of table Medxime. The suspected spurious/fake tablets were seized on form 5&6 and were sent for DTL analysis.
Market value of seized drugs are Rs. 2,50,000/. The accused persons disclosed that the same was handed over by Shoaib for onward supply. 2. Second raid was conducted on the house of Shoaib where huge quantity of spurious/ fake drugs tablets medxime were recovered from the premises of accused Shoaib house.
The drugs were seized on form 5&6 of and were sent for DTL analysis
Market value of seized drugs are Rs.4,35,00000/. On cursory interrogation accused Shoaib disclosed that the same were handed over by Dr. Fawad to him on partnerships purpose.
3. 3rd Raid was conducted on Dr. Fawad premises and was apprehended. Dr. Fawad disclosed that he has a Godown ion ring road where he he store huge quantity of tables Medixim and safegets Raid was conducted on the Godown on ring road and recovered huge quantity of spurious and fake tablets medxime and safegates.
The drugs were seized on form 5&6 and were sent for DTL analysis. Market value of the seized drugs are Rs. 2,80,50000/. Dr. Fawad disclosed that these tables came from charsada Razarh and shabqader.
4. 4th raid was conducted on a house at Razarh charsada where complete manufacturing machinery for preparing of drugs of various nature and packing were made.
Huge quantity of tables of different companies and injections were recovered and seized on the spot. This manufacturing point belongs to Marifat shah. Market value of the seized drugs are Rs. 50,00,000/.
