SWABI: The police arrested four notorious drug pushers and recovered hashish during crackdown here on Wednesday. In line with the directives of DPO Syed Khalid Hamdani, under the supervision of DSP Iftikhar Ali and headed by SHO Sub-Inspector Niaz Ali Khan, the police conducted operation against drug peddlers in Parmoli area of Swabi. During operation, the police apprehended four notorious drug pushers including Siraj, Zahid, Inayat ur Rehman and Rab Nawaz besides recovering seven kilogram hashish from their possession. The police confiscated the recovered hashish and after registering a case against the detainees have started investigation. SHO Niaz Ali operations and crackdowns against drug peddlers will continue till complete elimination of narcotics from the area and strict action will be taken against the elements darkening the future of young generation.
