VEHARI/SARGODHA (INP) Two sisters were murdered in the name of honour in Vehari as both wanted to enter into love marriage against the will of parents, whereas two people were killed in the name of honour in Sargodha. The accused flushed bodies in gutter after murder.
According to details, two sisters were murdered in limits of Methro in Vehari. Residents of the area said both sisters had wished for love-marriage , but parents and brothers were not ready.
According to residents,on Friday evening girls and parents had heated arguments over wedding matter after which the brother hacked to death both sisters in the name of honour. The accused managed to escape and the police was searching to arrest him.
On the other hand, two youths were axed to death on the name of honour in Salanawali Tehsil of Sargodha. The accused threw the bodies in gutter after murder but rescuers after two hours operation took out bodies through crane and shifted to hospital. The slains belonged to Azad Kashmir. Police arrested the accused later.
