Under the supervision of District Health Officer (DHO) Dr. Shoaib and District Coordinator Public Health Dr. Rubina Riaz, a one-day free medical camp was organized at Darul Aman Mardan, focusing on the health and well-being of women.
During the camp, all women underwent thorough medical check-ups. Dr. Hafsa Zahir, who was part of the medical team, advised the women to isolate skin infections to prevent their spread.
She emphasized the importance of early diagnosis and proper hygiene practices to curb the transmission of communicable diseases.
Free medicines were also distributed among the patients, ensuring that they received immediate support and relief. Speaking at the event, Dr. Hafsa highlighted the importance of maintaining personal hygiene and self-care, stating, “Health is the key to a better life. Taking special care of yourself and staying clean can help you avoid many preventable diseases.”
She also acknowledged the resilience and creativity of the women at Darul Aman, saying, “Women are the finest expression of creative art, both in appearance and in spirit. It is essential for you to value yourselves and prioritize your health.”
