The government has decided to “cancel and inactivate” the diplomatic passports of nine PTI leaders and key ally Sheikh Rasheed.
The PTI leaders whose passports stand revoked are Aon Abbas Bappi, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Umer, Pervez Khattak, Farrukh Habib, Ali Amin Gandapur, Ali Muhammad Khan, Zartaj Gul and Azam Swati.
Rasheed and the aforementioned PTI leaders are among those who are still with embattled PTI chief Imran and have not left the party.
