Lahore: Lahore High Court rejected the application while imposing a fine of 2 lac on greedy son for declaring his father mentally retarded . Justice Tariq Saleem announced the judgment in which it is stated that the applicant had an eye on property and money of his father. The greedy son became annoyed with his father when he transferred some of his property in the name of his daughter. It is astonishing that how low a son can stoop to material benefit. Justice Tariq Saleem further remarked in the judgment that applicant shall pay a fine of 2 lac to his father within 2 months and if the father is not willing to take it then the amount should be deposited in the account of Shoukat Khanam Hospital.
