Awami National Party Senior-Vice President Amir Haider Khan Hoti said on Monday that the high judiciary is taking suo moto notice on the prices of Samosa and fritters it should also take notice of the audio leaks of former chief justice of supreme court for the sake of high judiciary credibility.
“It was decided that all the 400 names that came in the Panama leaks will be held accountable however later on Nawaz Sharif and his family were targeted”, he said while talking to the media at Mardan press club. Former MPA Ahmed Khan Bahadur, Acting district president Syed Jamal Bacha, general secretary Haroon Khan and other party leaders were present on the occasion.
The ANP leader, who has served as Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) chief minister in the past, said that after the Panama leaks Pandora paper leaks came in front however now action was taken in this connection.
He added that the accountability is conducted in different angles, for opposition it is on different angle while for rulers it is on different angle. He added that the high judiciary judges in their observation also declared the accountably a political revenge.
He added that before the former chief justice Saqib Nisar vedio of another judge Arshid Malak also came on surface and later on he was removed from his job.
Haider Hoti added that the American company released this audio and claimed that this audio is correct and also claimed that forensic of this audio is conducted.
He added that it is need of time that if former chief justice Saqib Nisar is true he should submit a case against the company in Pakistan and if he did not want to contest the case in Pakistan he can submit the case in America.
Haider Hoti also strongly criticized Prime minister Imran Khan and his government and said that Imran Khan politically destroyed the country outside and inside the parliament.
He added that Imran Khan violated the rules and regulations of parliament and passed several bills including Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) and accountability which is not acceptable to opposition.
He added that the opposition will challenge it in the court and will also challenge it politically. He added that to give tip time to the government in parliament, the opposition is united.
He added that because of taking huge loans Imran Khan destroyed that economy of the country. He added that Imran Khan stood the country on the edge of destruction.
Answering a question about the local body’s election in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Haider Hoti said that from the very beginning the provincial government was against the local government.
He added that the provincial government doesn’t want to conduct the local body’s election. He added that the election commission has announced the date of the local body’s election.
He added that on Mardan level on neighborhood and village council level the PTI candidates are contesting election as independent candidates instead of their party symbol bat because they know that people will not cast their votes in favor of bat due to the current situation.
He added that the country is witnessing the worst price hike, lawlessness and favoritism. Haider Hoti added that the country was passing through a critical time of its political history.
Answering a question Haider Hoti said that making PTI a political martyr will politically damage us however it will benefit the country.
