ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice (CJ) Islamabad High Court (IHC) Athar Minallah has changed the bench which was hearing US blogger Cynthia Ritchie case. During the hearing of the case the court inquired have you no trust on this bench. The court while accepting the plea from former Interior Minister Rehman Malik seeking changing the bench remarked Rehman Malik wants some other bench should hear this case. The court ordered to fix the case for hearing in the court of Justice Amir Farooq. It may be mentioned that Rehman A Malik had objected over CJ Athar Minallah. Online
