ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) while issuing notice to FIA in new Toshakhana case against Bushra Bibi has sought reply on September 18. IHC has directed sessions judge central court to conduct early hearing and decide the case. These directives were issued by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb during the hearing of the case Monday. New Toshakhana case against Bushra Bibi came up for hearing in IHC. Counsel Suleman Safdar said Accountability Court (AC) ordered to shift the case on September 9.
When we appeared on September 10 the special judge central proceeded on leave for one week.
Case is fixed for hearing before special judge central Shahrukh Arjumand for hearing for today.
Judge Shahrukh Arjumand had already refused from hearing Iddat case. The court has directed special central judge to hear the case early and give decision.
Counsel Suleman Safdar said notices were issued on bail before arrest. Even then arrest was made. While the matter of bail after arrest still stands suspended.
The court while issuing notice to FIA sought reply on September 18.
