Rauf Hassan petition on removal of from ECL
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to interior ministry and FIA on PTI spokes person Rauf Hassan petition seeking removal of his name from Exit Control List (ECL) besides seeking reply from them. The petition filed by Rauf Hassan seeking removal of his name from ECL and PCL came up for hearing before the court Thursday. Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq took up the case for hearing. The court issued notice to Interior ministry and FIA. Shah Nawaz Ranjha counsel for Rauf Hassan appeared in the court. Counsel for Rauf Hassan took the plea name of his client has been placed in ECL. Orders be issued for removing his name from ECL. The court issued notices and sought reply besides adjourning the hearing of the case for two weeks. DNA
