Illegal foreign returning home continued

The returning of the illegally staying foreigners from KP continued without any break and till last day 797 people were sent to Afghanistan via Torkham, an official of the Home and Tribal Affairs told media men here on Saturday.
According to details, a total of 6360 migrants were sent to Afghanistan, Department of Home Affairs, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa official said. He said, a total of 5228 migrants from Pakhtunkhwa, 125 from Islamabad, 974 from Punjab, 34 from Azad Kashmir were sent to Afghanistan.
Likewise, 259,895 people have been sent back from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Afghanistan through the Torkham border.
Similarly, 05 people went to Afghanistan from Angoor Adda border and so far 3646 people have been sent to Afghanistan through Angoor Ada border while 698 people have been sent to Afghanistan from Kharlachi border, the official said.
Till today, 2,64, 240 people have been sent to Afghanistan from the three borders of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the official said, adding, “According to the recent survey by the Deputy Commissioners, 761 illegal foreigners are still living in different districts.”
