Attorney General (AG) Ashtar Ausaf has said it is constitutional obligation of speaker to assume the responsibility of acting governor.
How can Speaker Punjab Assembly (PA) Pervez Elahi refuse his constitutional obligations and oath by refusing to become acting governor, he said this in an informal talks with the journalists outside Supreme Court (SC) here Wednesday.

Responding to a question about his appearance in presidential reference hearing related to interpretation of article 63 A of the constitution he said if SC calls him he will appear before it at every cost.
