Rescue 1122, Civil Defense, and other emergency agencies have been instructed to stay on high alert. Residents living along the banks of the Kabul River are advised to exercise caution and take necessary precautionary measures. District administrations have been directed to ensure timely evacuation of populations at risk. Farmers and livestock owners were also advised to move their animals to safe locations. The PDMA has further instructed that unnecessary traffic in hilly areas be avoided during this period. The Emergency Operations Center is fully functional and in case of any emergency, the public should contact the authority Helpline at 1700, said PDMA. DLP Report
