NEPRA has scaled up electricity tariff by Rs 3.75 per unit for Karachi consumers.

According to notification increase has been made under the head of Fuel Adjustment Surcharge (FAS).
According to K-Electric the cost of electricity has been increased under the head of FAs for the month of September.
The increased tariff will be charged in the bills for the month of December.
The petition seeking increase in FAS for the electricity bills of September was heard on November 29.
