Talks between Pakistan and Afghanistan have started at junior level in Urumqi city of China.
According to diplomatic sources Pakistan has made it clear we are ready for talks but the policy for targeting hubs of terrorism will not be changed.
Pakistan has nominated additional secretary of foreign ministry for talks.
