ISLAMABAD
Pakistan and Italy on Thursday emphasized the need for further enhancing bilateral cooperation in trade and investment, state run Radio Pakistan reported.
According to media reports, Italian ambassador to Pakistan Andreas Ferrarese on Thursday called on Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar here in Islamabad.
During the meeting, the two emphasized the need for further enhancing bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, facilitating travel and people to people ties between Pakistan and Italy.
Minister of State highlighted the longstanding friendly relations between the two countries and appreciated Italy’s support to Pakistan in GSP scheme.
