Peshawar High Court (PHC) has adjourned the hearing of petitions seeking disqualification of PTI chairman Imran Khan for indefinite period.
At the inception of hearing Justice Waqar remarked Imran Khan has not taken oath on NA-45 seat so far.
Deputy Attorney General (DAG) while corroborating it said “yes”. Imran Khan has not taken oath. The case be fixed for hearing soon.
The court remarked ” you are not from petitioner side. Why are you in hurry.
DAG said it is matter of election. Therefore, we want early hearing.
It was requested to court that senior counsel is unwell, therefore, the hearing be adjourned.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period.
