No arrest till Dec 23 in any case

Peshawar High Court (PHC) while extending interim bail of Bushra Bibi wife of PTI founder Imran Khan has ordered for not arresting her till December 23 in any case. Bushra Bibi could not appear in the court being unwell. The petition filed by Bushra Bibi in connection with details of cases and interim bail came up for hearing before two members bench of PHC comprising Chief Justice (CJ) PHC Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim and justice Waqar Ahmad Tuesday. During hearing of the case, Alam Khan Adenzai, counsel filed exemption plea for one day from attendance in the court in respect of Bushra Bibi.
