Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) and sought reply from it on a petition filed by the students against MD CAT examination.
The petition came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb Thursday.
Moazaam Habib advocate appeared on behalf of the students.
The counsel for the petitioners told the court PMC flouted the law brazenly under the guise of MD CAT examination. The method adopted by PMC from the first day is absolutely wrong.
He prayed the court to nullify the MD CAT examination worked out by PMC.
The court while issuing notices adjourned the hearing of the case till October 26.
