ordinance without the approval
ISLAMABAD
PPP has decided to end boycott of National Assembly (NA). As per media reports, PPP will participate in NA session today. It is pertinent to mention here PPP had boycotted NA session following issuance of ordinance without the approval of the president. On the other side the real story of not signing the Special Economic Zones Ordinance by the president has come to open. According to federal government sources the said ordinance was sent to Aiwan-e-Sadr for approval along with six other bills and one ordinance. Approval to summaries and files is given through e-office. Aiwan-e-Sadr gave approval to all bills and ordinance collectively through e-office.
Sources said ordinance was promulgated in the perspective of E-office approval. When the files were returned from Aiwan-e-Sadr then the said ordinance was found not carrying the signatures of the president.
Federal government has now withdrawn ordinance.
Federal government sources have said the said ordinance will be brought in the parliament in the form of bill.
