ISLAMABAD
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has extended protective bail of Zartaj Gul and other PTI leaders in the case registered against them in police station Sangjani.
The case registered against the PTI leaders came up for hearing before Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain of ATC Islamabad Tuesday.
PTI leader Zartaj Gul appeared along with her counsels Sardar Masroof, Aamna Ali, and Zahid Bashir Dar.
Exemption plea was filed by the counsels of opposition leader National Assembly (NA) which was accepted.
The court while extending interim bail of Zartaj Gul, Umar Ayoub and Faisal Amin till December 5 remarked bail plea of Faisal Amin and Umar Ayoub have been fixed for hearing. We fix the next hearing on December 5.
Advocate Sardar Masroof remarked the bail of two co-accused has been approved on the same role.
Judge Abual Hasanat Zulqarnain remarked status is same. We see them in a day.
Zartaj Gul said we have been punished for the reason of status.
Later the court adjourned the hearing of protective bail pleas of Zartaj Gul and other accused till December 5.
