WASHINGTON
A Russian citizen arrived in America without a passport or ticket from Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark.
According to a major foreign media organization, a Russian citizen named Sergei Vladi Mirovich Ochigawa arrived in the United States without a passport or ticket via Scandinavian Airlines flight 931 from Copenhagen.
The report states that during the investigation, US Customs and Border Protection officers did not find the name of Sergei Vladi Mirovich Ochigawa on the passenger list of any international flight to the United States.
Further report cited flight crew as saying that Sergei Vladi Mirovich Ochigawa kept changing seats on the flight and trying to talk to other passengers, even trying to eat chocolates reserved for the flight crew.
When FBI officers asked Sergei Vladi Mirovich Ochigawa about his passport, he said that he had forgotten his passport on the plane, but upon investigation, this claim turned out to be false. He also told FBI officers during the investigation that he has not slept for 3 days and is very confused.
FBI has filed a case against Sergei Vladi Mirovich Ochigawa and the investigation is ongoing.
