Peshawar: Samuel Rizk, Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Pakistan, called on Shahab Ali Shah, Chief Secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, to deliberate on strategies for strengthening flood resilience in light of recent devastating floods and the growing challenges of climate change. The meeting discussed various measures to reduce flood risks. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to close collaboration in supporting provincial efforts to safeguard communities against the impacts of climate change. Staff report
